Aloha!

I having problems in 2 areas the first is :  How do I remove a jammed paper from the back of my printer?  I opened the door grabbed the paper and it won't budge I can't for the life of me figure out how to loosen the hold of the printer.

 

Second is every time I try to print a picture it smudges and then there's streaks all of the picture, I tried this with both plain cardstock and regular printer paper last is to waste my matte photo paper all are for laser printers 😞

 

Can someone help please?  I have an online job and need to get these items printed and out in the mail.

FYI I am connected wireless to my computer.
