I have reset my printer HP ENVY 6032 to factory data and now I can't print anything (error E0). I didn't buy the cartridges but they were supplied with the printer. I have removed and replaced the cartridges and also cleaned them, but the same error always occurs. I also plugged and unplugged
HP smart says that my Instant Ink service registration is canceled and that every cartridge that is part of the Instant Ink service will no longer be usable.
Please help me to resolve this problem.

Welcome to HP Support Community!
An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.
This condition occurs when at least one ink cartridge needs attention, is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible. Reseat both ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.
The cartridges that you replaced the initial ink with, are those Instant Ink or normal cartridges?
To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
