I am trying to update my payment details for instant ink but when I log in it won't show my account. How do I find it?

 

I have been to settings but it just shows my user name and password.

Hey @lizp333,

 

Andrea here, welcome to the HP Support forums. You can log into your account at www.instantink.com by using your email address and the password you created at the time. Once you are logged in on the right-hand side of the account page about halfway down you will see your billing information. You can click on Change Billing Information and will take you to the area to do this.

 

You will need to enter your whole credit card number once again and the CVV number and the expiry date. I have included a document that will also assist you in making these changes.

What is it you see when you log into your account? Have you tried a different browser on your computer?

 

May I ask you to please send me a private message with your email address associated with your account or your Instant Ink account number.
