da qualche tempo ho un errore della mia stampate HP Laser Jet MFP M140w. L'errore in questione è il seguente: "
La stampante non può stampare
Si è verificato un problema. Non sarà possibile stampare finché il problema non verrà risolto.
Accedere al proprio account HP dalla schermata iniziale per verificare lo stato.
"
Accendendo al mio account non mi viene segnalato alcun errore o suggerita alcuna azione. Qualcuno può aiutarmi a risolvere il problema? Mi sta veramente facendo perde tempo e la pazienza!!

Hello everyone,
recently I have an error on my HP Laser Jet MFP M140w printer. The error is as follows: "
The printer cannot print
A problem has occurred. You will not be able to print until the problem is resolved.
Log in to your HP account from the home screen to check the status.
"
When I log into my account I don't see any error and the system doesn't suggest any action. Can anyone help me solve this problem?
