OfficeJet 4632

My 4632 Printer has been working with no issues until about a week ago  it started displaying an 'incompatible cartridge' error despite using only HP cartridges. I've tried everything that has been recommended by the HP site and virtual assistant (e.g., cleaning contacts, restart by powering down, etc.) without any success. I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with the structure of HP's support system. There is no way to contact a person by phone to troubleshoot an issue. The virtual assistant is extremely limited in its ability to provide any useful troubleshooting information. I know college students that could engineer better software than this. Nonetheless, this is my last ditch effort to try to get my issue resolved. If anyone has a solution, I would really appreciate it. I'm not sure if I will get help but what I do know is that I am never purchasing an HP product again.

Hi @MarkJ3,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
