Ink Charges

My account has been charged for ink for the past several months, but I've received no ink.  I did receive one black cartridge months ago and don't need any ink currently.  So, what's up with the charges?  I don't recall agreeing to be billed monthly.  If so, I'll probably cancel the constant monitoring arrangement and only order ink when I need it.

Instant Ink is a subscription service that includes ink when needed.

What is Instant Ink?

• Instant Ink Service is not "free ink". Ink is included at no cost extra in each of the plans – the service is based on number of pages printed and not on how much ink is used.

• With the exception of “Instant Ink Ready” cartridges that come in the box with some new printers (and are marked as “Instant Ink Ready”), you do not own any of the Instant Ink Cartridges.
