Hi! I already tried aligning the cartridges and cleaning the cartridges (until second level clean) but still, there's no black ink coming out even when the ink tank of black is full.I bought the unit last Feb 2019 and I do not print regularly. Frequency of printing might be twice or thrice a month only. Is there a method wherein I can troubleshoot my printer so that it can print black?

 

I already tried the steps  in this link: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c05627782 except for step 9 since printheads are covered by warranty. If printheads are subject for replacement, how can I avail its warranty?

Welcome to HP support community.

 

This seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
