Hi everyone hope your day is good? Okay my issue is my printer was working fine and installed a couple updates and now my ink isn't working there are low on ink but still plenty to operate I believe. So can or does anyone know what is going on here? I've taken the cartridge's out snapping them in easy? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Do you have any other ink cartridges with you?
Connect the Printer to another wall outlet directly.
