I'm experiencing the same issues that are discussed in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Archive-Read-Only/Black-ink-leaks-continously-into-corner-of-...

I have followed the steps in the article, but still not seeing resolution.

If the ink cartridge is leaking, it is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
