Hi @lOPIN1

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

To assist better - were you making a color or black copy?

Page Setup, click the Margins tab (see Figure 6-3), and adjust the bottom margin. But if you're frequently getting this problem, make sure that you're using the same paper size as the person who set up the document.

Figure 6-3. If your printer cuts off the bottom of the page,

Please print a print quality report and share the results.-

  1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

  2. Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click the printer name in the list of results.

    HP Printer Assistant opens.

  3. Click Print & Scan, and then click Maintain Your Printer.

    The printer toolbox opens.

  4. On the Device Services tab, click Print Quality Diagnostics Page.

A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

Also, try aligning the printer-

  1. After installing new ink cartridges, the printer automatically prints an alignment page.

  2. Lift the scanner lid.

  3. Place the alignment page with the print side down on the scanner glass, and then position it according to the engraved guides around the glass.

Figure : Placing the alignment page on the scanner glass

Place the alignment page on the scanner glass
  4. Close the scanner lid.

  5. Press the Start Copy Black button  or the Start Copy Color button  on the printer control panel.

The printer aligns the ink cartridges.

After replacing any low or empty ink cartridges, try to print again.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
