How it is supposed to work:
The printer must be connected to the Internet so the printer and the service can communicate.
When the printer detects that ink is needed, it sends a notice to the service to send out whatever ink is required.
Because Instant Ink cartridges are larger than normal cartridges, the time between ink deliveries might be longer than if you were replacing the ink with retail ink cartridges.
If you need ink now, you can contact Instant Ink Support in your region to request ink / service.
