I’ve just changed my instant ink plan to reduce it to £1.99/50 pages per month from £7.99/300 pages per month, but it says I have to pay another £7.99 before the plan will change. Why is this? Why am I paying for another 300 pages that I clearly won’t and probably can’t use, given that I’ve switched down? As an aside I did try to cancel but it stated that I’d have to pay another £7.99 to do that as well, but I’d also not be able to use any unused ink from my instant ink cartridges, so I’d be paying for nothing! Additionally, why do I also then lose my rollover pages at the end of the month, even though I’m paying another £7.99? I’ve already paid for my rollover pages (and some) so why can I not retain them? Furthermore, your site states that I can have up to 600 rollover pages yet my account states that I only have 300, when I know for a fact that I’ve well under printed for a while now. [post edited]

Hi @Auntiep
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
