I had a miscount of printed pages yesterday with Instant Ink and I looked at the help. More pages then printed are counted. Maybe printer had not been connected so cumulative count was registered yesterday. Let that go.

 

But today I was paying attention ... Instant ink print count is incorrect - printed 7 and the dashboard is showing 9. The online virtual agent says the printer is out of warranty (correct btw) so cannot get in touch with HP support or indeed provide any assistance.

 

However, with a service you do not want to be paying for anything that you've not used. How do I get in touch to talk to someone please?
