i received the wrong ink for my regestered deskjet printer. ive checked my account and it displays the correct printer registered for instant ink. i cannot find an email or phone number to resolve this issue.

What exactly is wrong with the ink you received??? Does the cartridge look too big? What are the cartridge numbers?
