Could you please print a self test page and let me know if the test page has color in it. In order to print the test page:

1.) Press and hold the Power button, and then press the Cancel button .

2.) Let go of the Cancel button, and then the Power button.

1) Click on this link.

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
