It seems strange that all of the printers, whether using instant ink or not, no longer print in black.  I don't have a subscription and my printer stopped printing black on Friday, 23 August.  There are multiple posts trying to figure out what to do after aligning printheads and cleaning printheads and using up all of their color ink.

 

The solutions provided don't work.

Was a corrupted file sent to all HP users that are using HP ink?

It just seems strange.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
