And when it does want to connect and print it prints like 2 to 4 copies when i only set it for 1 copy! I am paying for how many pages i print with the instant ink and I’m getting charged double. At r even triple extra pages than what I should be all because the printer doesn’t want t to stop printing when it’s supposed to. I will never get an HP printer again. And the fact that I’m wasting money and that there is no solution dumbfounds me….

Not to mention they make it impossible for you to contact support through chat or phone if you are out of your warranty. I didn’t have any problems until literally 2 days after my warranty was over, coincidence???? Can’t trust anyone these days…

I have the same issue and it happens from my iPhone and my ipad and it happens on my HP printers (2) and also on my Epson printer. It seems like the devices are confused when the printer is drying the page to turn it over. It is very frustrating and is a relatively new problem that started this spring. None of the proposed fixes have helped.

I have the same issue on an HP Envy 6030. has anyone managed to resolve this issue? all my software seems to be up to date. i have tried printing the same document from two different devices and get the same issue so i think its a printer firmware problem. it only seems to occur when printing documents with multiple pages.

And me with my 6022e. All steps above have been taken. Just randomly get this message and printing stops mid-flow. I am burning through the paper and the cartridges (and if I was on Instant Ink, I assume I'd be burning through my allowance).
Help! This is clearly a bug somewhere betwween IOS and HP which needs tracking down and fixing.
