wont connect to wifi and got error code ebs00p0013 , wifi blue light flashes and also an exclamation mark stays flashing as well

When your HP LaserJet MFP M140we printer won't connect to Wi-Fi and displays error code EBS00P0013, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Wait for 60 seconds and connect the power cord back in.
- Turn on the printer.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows only):
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. Follow the prompts to diagnose and fix common printing issues.
Update Printer Firmware (Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support)
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
Check Wireless Status
- Ensure Wireless Signal is Enabled: Make sure the wireless light on your printer is flashing and attempting to connect. The blue light flashing indicates the printer is trying to connect.
Restart Devices
- Restart Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Restart Router: Turn off your router, wait for 60 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Restart Device: Restart the computer or mobile device you are using for printer setup.
Wi-Fi Setup (No Touchscreen Panel):
- Press and hold the Wireless button on your printer for 5 seconds or until the wireless light starts flashing.
- Within two minutes, press and hold the WPS button on your router until the connection process begins.
- The printer wireless light will stop flashing once the connection is complete.
Use HP Smart App for Setup
- Enable AirPrint from HP Smart App:
- Download the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com or your app store.
- Open the HP Smart app, and sign in or create an account.
- Select your printer name or image from the app home screen.
- Check if AirPrint is enabled by accessing Advanced Settings or Printer Home Page (EWS) under the Network setting.
