Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a customer having issues printing from her local printer, a 400 color M475dn. The printer will keep spooling and does not print anything. She will have to cancel the print jobs. This happens off and on.

Also, her print jobs will not print in color even though her ink was just replaced. I have a video of what its actually doing, but not able to upload it here.

Any suggestions?

How is the printer connected? Network or USB

In terms of the color issue, can she copy in color? If yes then the driver is either wrong or the driver did not detect that the device was capable of printing in color. There is a setting in the driver for device type. On the PC, go to control panel>devices and printers and right click the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu and then click on the device settings tab and scroll down the options till you find device type and change it to color.
