Dear HP Support.
I have been using the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw for quite a while, been no issues until recently I noticed that the "Apps" icon doesn't work. Keeps saying "Access Denied", and to check the firmware. It's running the most recent firmware so looking for some help / guidance. When I go into settings to check WebServices, again it says there's an issue connecting. (Connected to wifi, so I know its connected ok).
Please help
Regards
Mark

@Mark_S3, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to use the Apps feature on the printer.
If you have made no changes to the printer settings, kindly wait for 24-48hrs and try again. It could be an issue with the HP Server.
If the issue persists, restart web services
Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.
Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
