Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am having the same issue as many others. My printer, when turned on is stuck at the HP Energy Star screen & “Permanent Storage init.” 

I have tried multiple restarts, holding the right arrow, power draining, etc. I need to factory reset the printer & need guidance. Can instructions please be sent to me?

Found the solution. The "right arrow" DOES NOT WORK !!! The proper way of resetting this particular model (MFP M177fw) is to hold the left lower corner of the touch screen when powering up. Once the "Permanent storage init" message appears - release the pressure.
