Hi,
I'm looking to pull the LCD panel status messages which is displayed on the printer using SNMP driver on Kepware. For this purpose I need the MIB file for the stated printer HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477. Could someone please direct me to where I can download the MIB file?

From the home page (via the SDK button) it is possible to access the Public kit areas:
Within the Laserjet and Digital Sender branch, select Printer Management | MIBs | Phoenix Device MIBs, and you will find an entry relevant to your device:

Please use the below link to download the MIB files.
Once you are on the link, select SDK and click Public.

The above works for browsing, but if you select a mib file and click Download File it throws up an error:
HTTP Status 500 The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
So it's not possible to download anything. Any ideas who to contact to get this resolved?
