Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

it is only the copier function, I had some recent updates from windows 10 It says load a supported size paper into the tray to continue. There is letter size paper in the tray 1/2 full. Otherwise the computer prints well.

Check the settings to make sure that you have the paper size and type properly set on the printer itself. If you have not set the tray the printer does not know what paper is loaded and so prompts. Smaller printers normally do not detect page size it needs to be manually set.
