Dear RnR Music Man,
Can you give step-by-step instructions on how to use the HP OfficeJet Software and Driver Removal Utility? I have downloaded it, and now have a file folder with about 20 files in it. I have tried clicking on all the ones with "exe" extensions, and that has not done anything.
Thanks!

Hi Karen_Indonesia,
When you visit this website, HP OfficeJet Software And Driver Removal Utility, select the How to install tab, that will have the instructions you are looking for.
Hope this helps!

The instructions say "Download the file to a newly created sub-directory on your local hard drive."
I do not know what this means. My hard drive is already partitioned into C and D. Do I create a new file folder in my C drive? That I can do. But I don't know what a "sub-directory" is, or how to create one. As I mentioned earlier, I had already downloaded the application, and clicked on each of the "exe" files. There were several, not just one. That did not do the trick. Perhaps once you explain what a "sub-directory" is and how to create it, the results will be more successful.

Hi Karen_Indonesia,
To answer your question, a sub-directory is the same as creating a new folder on your C: Drive. It is just a different term for folder.
Hope this answers your question!
