Printer taken offline several months ago. Stored without ink cartridges. Cleaned off with damp paper towel using H2O only - no solvents or amonia. Inserted new HP authentic cartridges in all four ink holders. Ran 'Clean Printheads" and very thin lines of magenta on test page, perhaps 5% of color. Cleaned printheads again and now solid blocks of magenta only. Reset to factory default does not change red only results. I use Hammermill Color Copier Digital paper. I am NOT using any printer help apps and I did NOT print from computer. I presume to have latest HP Print driver installed as this printer worked great last Spring 2017.

Ink has dried in the printhead inkjets.
This printer does not have a removable printhead.
It is not worth repairing unless your printer is in warranty.
