I tried the steps described in this thread, but it didn't help. I still get the same message that my printer cannot connect to web-services. The product number is CQ809C.

HP Web Services has been discontinued for the Envy 110 some years back and no longer working:

Thank you for this information. I actually didn't need the ePrint services, but the automatic assistant suggested that I upgrade my printer via web-services. The original issue I had was about cartridges being rejected.

To update the printer, please use the latest Firmware Update Utility available on your product support pages at hp.com.
For any help locating it, please clarify your operating system version.
