Thank You for the reply and help again! I appreciate it!

 

Well, things were going good until the end of Step 8 where I needed to  select my printer and it wasn't on the list. Looked at the printers listed in HP, Hewlett Packard, and Hewlett-Packard  under Manufacturer since those 3 had different printer lists. Can't believe it wasn't on there  as there is a  lot of printers listed listed under HP.  Any thoughts on that or what to try next?

We have tried all the troubleshooting steps from our end, I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.

I don't why or how it happened, but the printer seems to be working again. I assume it was something you recommended that I do to try and fix the problem  Thank You!!
