My printer won't go past the HP start up screen. I can't touch the screen or use any menu items. It doesn't get that far. The power button doesn't even work. I tried troubleshooting online but all I see to do is unplug the cord from the printer & the wall, wait 60 seconds, then reconnect & try again. This does nothing. 

Anyone else have this issue before or know how to fix it?

I have the same problem trying to resolve now for over 3 weeks, if you get a solution, can you please send me the solution, now they are sending me to HP repair, you know that is going to hurt and the printer was on sale.

I'd like to help!

 

This looks like a hardware issue, however, We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings and see if that works. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
