HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw

My brand new out of the box LaserJet pro MFP M428fdw printer jams every page in the back panel.

So far I have tried,

*changing the toner cartridge,

*cleaning all the rollers around the toner cartridge area with a damp cloth to get rid of dust,

*Visually examining all exposed rollers and moving parts for damage and cleaning dust.

None of which have improved the jamming in the rear panel.

Next I will try a 200g. Paper instead of the 75g I'm currently using, however, if I can't use regular paper in the printer I don't imagine I will want it anyways.

If anyone else has ran into this issue before any insight would help.

Does the leading edge of jammed sheet always stops at the same place?

Yes, it's always in the same location in the back of the printer. It doesn't make it through the last set of rollers going into the area where the paper rests once finished.  The bottom half of the paper is wrinkled and I have to pull it from the rollers below the back panel.

Can you take a few photos with jammed paper to see leading edge and post here?

did you ever figure this out. this is my exact problem

No, I haven't.  I removed the fuser and inspected it for damage, there wasn't any damage visible with it.  Is your printer the same model as mine as well?
