While trying to print card stock or photo paper on my HP 8715, the printer sounds like it will try to pull the paper, but the machine jams, I have tried to modify the settings for thicker paper, but it still won't grab the heavier paper..

Max thickness is 200 g/m2 or 110 lb index for card stock.

How do I change the paper thickness settings on the Officejet Pro 8715?  The printer won't feed card stock.

I did try it.  It still sounds like it starts to print and then grinds for a second or two & then jams up.

The only other suggestion would be to clean the rollers.

Are those the 4 large, black rollers in the module accessible from the rear panel?

HP Recommended

There are rollers in the front as well.

Take a look at this link.
