Hi @Wynson
A warm welcome to HP Community!
Most of the printing issues can be resolved by running HP Print and Scan Doctor. You may download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor from here.
Let me know how it goes!

Have follow your instructions to go to HP Print and Scan Doctor, but still didn't work . It indicates that there is an error in the current printer setup. and i don't know what seem to be wrong in my setup. By the way, my PC just reformat so there is not printer setup before.

Is the printer connected to computer using a USB cable?
Could you also print a self test page and let me know the results. In order to print the report:
-
Turn the product on.
-
Use a pencil to press and hold down the Power button (
).
-
While holding down the Power button (
), open and shut the lid of the product four times. You only have to raise the lid until it touches the pencil.
-
Release the Power button (
). The self-test prints.

Since the printer is able to print a self test page, it's possible that it's an issue with the printer driver installed on your computer. Removing the existing printer driver and then installing a compatible driver may resolve the issue. Here is how to do it:
1.) Disconnect the printer USB cable from the computer.
2.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
3.) Select your HP Printer
4.) Select Uninstall
5.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
6.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
7.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
8.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
9.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
10.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
11.) Select Ok
12.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
13.) Close Devices and Printers
14.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
15.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
16.) Restart the computer.
Once the computer is fully initialized, download and install the printer software and driver available here, please make sure that you only connect the printer USB cable when prompted during the software install.
