I am experiencing exactly the same problem. Firstly I thought the problem might be in printer so I took it so service and they exchanged it for different one. Then again, the same happened, they exchanged it today. But there is still the same problen !  Moreover I returned two cartritges in Fax copy shop as they told me in service that it might be problem with them.I bought the another cartritge. Same. Such a waste of money! I am so disappointed. I invested 75 euros in new cartritges already.Shame!!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
