Hi @claysixt,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
We need to perform an NVRAM reset to restore the printer back to its original settings and see how it goes.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name, or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi @IhateHewPack,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center
Note: Select your country from the dropdown, enter the city or postal code, select the product and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
Hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

My Laser Jet Pro MFP M476dw has the same problem as others with their M201dw printers. You appear to have resolved with instructions (relative to M201dw) to to a "factory reset".
Would a factory reset fix the problem with my M476dw?
Can you please comment or share?
I am a new user of Windows 11. (The problem could be related to another on this forum who apparently resolved it with Windows Upgrade kb502723-x64.... ; I downloaded the file but it was noted as "not appropriate" for my computer.)
