I went though all the HP troubleshooting. Everything is good. I changed the ink, restarted the computer, but I'm still having the faint black.

Hi! @lindy1991, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand when you print from your printer the black ink is printing very faint.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Are you using HP genuine ink cartridges?
Have you tried checking with a different ink cartridge?
Are you using refilled ink cartridges?
Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?
As you mentioned when you print from your printer the black ink is printing very faint.
HP recommends that you use genuine HP ink or toner supplies. HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP or refilled cartridges.
If you do not use genuine HP cartridges, the steps in this document might not resolve the issue. To check the authenticity of your cartridges, go to hp.com/go/anticounterfeit.
Try replacing the low or empty ink cartridges on your printer.
Try few steps recommended below.
From the control panel, use an automated tool to clean the printhead.
note:
To avoid issues that require cleaning the printhead, always turn the printer off with the Power button on the printer itself.
1.On the home screen of the printer control panel, touch the right arrow to display the second navigation screen.
2.Touch the Setup icon.
The Setup Menu displays.
3.Touch the down arrow, and then touch Tools.
4.Touch Clean Printhead. The printer cleans the printhead and then prints out a test page.
5.Evaluate the test page for print quality.
Refer this article to further troubleshoot print quality issues with your printer.
If the copy works fine uninstall the printer software from the root level and install the full feature printer software.
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.
Link to update the full feature printer software.
