I am trying to print an article from the web and the entire article does not print, only sections of it.  I tried to get around this by selecting the parts of the article that did not print, but my printing options do not include "Selection," or even "Current Page."  Moreover, there is no way I can determine what page I am on so I cannot even tell it to print Page 1-5 for example.  My connection is wireless and I have not made any recent software or driver changes.  I do use an app that is called "Print Friendly & PDF" but even when I use the system dialogue, I don't get the choices I need.

Can someone tell me what the solution is.  Please be specific as I do not know much about computer tech.  Thank you.

can you convert the document to a pdf format and then try printing?

i would check in the preferences of the printer.   click on the windows logo on the bottom left, go to devices and printers, go to your default printer (one you are using hopefully) and rt click on it and look at the settings and preferences and see about a setting there.

would help to know what kind of printer you are trying to work with tho...

The pdf format also excludes the parts of the original article that I am interested in.

you might try using snagit software as well.  it works pretty good and is a screen capture utility and can do scrolling pages, grab text, etc..
