Product: HP OfficeJet 4655

My printer is out of warranty, is that the reason it will not print? If so how can I get it back Printing again? I have gone thru this entire HP web site and I can't find a way to even talk to a representative so I can explain my situation, it's really aggravating.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
