Hello, @tomyslady – Hope you are well 🙂
Welcome back to the HP Forums, I'd be happy to help you with your printer issue.
Going through your post, I understand that you are getting blank printouts on your HP Envy printer. To assist you with this issue, I need to know whether the printer can make a "Photocopy" or not.
Place a document face down on the scanner glass and press the copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not.
If the copy also comes out blank, then try the steps here to clean the print cartridges. Go to http://hp.care/2dX6v31 expand the “Windows” and perform the steps under “Solution Six”.
Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
Cheers 🙂
