Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy 4520 all in one. I just got a new computer (Dell Inspiron 3000) and downloaded the HP Smart drivers. It is connected to my computer via WiFi. I rebooted the printer.

 

It prints fine in better (normal) or best modes; it won't print in draft mode and I get the Paper Jam error message when there is no jam and the paper feeds right through.
