When it isn't telling me it's out of paper, it instead tells me the "door is open".... when it isn't.
It then requires a reboot of the printer and a reboot of my laptop. This happens on almost every print. There hasn't been a successful print without a problem. I would like HP to get in contact with me (because your support system when I try is terrible) and then send someone to fix the printer.
This printer not only tells me the door is open, or is out of paper when neither are true.... it now prints crooked. We've had it less than a month. I would like HP to send someone out to fix it, and then I'd like a refund for all the paper wasted.
For anyone else reading this, I would advise never going near an HP Envy 6000 series.
