Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7224e All-in-One Printer

Brand new printer all installed and instructions followed. Originally had a driver issue but fixed that. Sitting as ready to print but when I select to print anything, it sits in the queue and then fails. Nothing is getting to print for me but partner on different laptop can send to printer and it prints. I spent so long trying to fix it and have googled everything....any help?
