Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my online account it says the current status of the tricolor cartridge is "noninstant ink cartridge installed" - it's the one I got with my printer (so I'm sure its the right cartridge). How do I get it to recognize it? I tried taking it out and putting it back in... but that did nothing. But I can print from my computer and my Mobile.Sketch.png

The instant ink plan will only start once you insert the Instant Ink cartridges that we have shipped.

 

To help you better, I need to check the instant ink account. Please send me a private message with the instant ink account number or the email address associated with the account for me to check the details.
