My printer is not printing the Cyan color at all.  New cartridges are in the printer.  I have cleaned the print heals and aligned the cartridges.  I am at a loss.  Appreciate any help. Thanks

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not printing cyan.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you able to make a copy in cyan?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

I have tried to find a phone number for HP support or even the Chat  option, with no luck.  All I can find is the Virtual Assistant and that does have a solution.
