Printer (HP OfficeJet 4650) sat idle at home for a while (in its box), brought into work (a school) and set up. Connected to wifi and all good - except I get the errors "The indicated cartridges (tricolor) are not for use with this printer" and "Remove and reinstall indicated ink cartridge (tricolor) making sure it installed correctly" I did, and it is. I have followed the help guide instructions - removing cartridges and cleaning contacts, updating firmware, unplugging and replugging, nothing is working, nada, rien, niente, nichts...So HELP - anyone?
