Serial Number [edit]Model T0F28A

Printer was printing in color but ran low on ink. Cartridges were replaced with new HP 902 XL cartridges from a major retailer. Printer will print black ink but will not print any area that is supposed to be in color unless print in grayscale is selected. Print heads were physically cleaned, fresh install of all printer software, firmware, updates etc. were done. Printer will not print in color, like the color cartridges are not there but there is no error message and ink levels register near full.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
