Thanks - I did a bit of playing last night and tried creating the TCP/IP port as I knew that I could access the printer home screen in Chrome using the IP address.....

 

IT WORKS!!!!

 

Your message confirmed what I thought - for whatever reason the previous WSD port assigned to the printer no longer functions after the lastest Windows 10 Version 1903 updates.  Manually configuring the TCP/IP port seems to solve the problem - I guess the only caveat to this solution is that you need to make sure that the printer has a static IP address on the network.
