HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer

I have a Officejet pro 8035, brand new recognized print cartridges, yet I only get blank prints. I can hear the cartridges' move side to side when I print and it sounds like it's printing but the pages are ALWAYS blank. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips and tricks. The support software says the cartridges are there and authentic and full. I tried cleaning the print head and doing an alignment, still nothing.

What else could be causing this?

Hello all the troubleshooting steps have not worked. I have even purchased and installed instant ink cartridges, and tried to print and it is not putting out paper with ink on it.

Is the print head replaceable?

No, I don’t see any white bar like in the video or a latch at all. I do see where it looks like you could pinch and pull, but that did nothing.
