Please help - I have had this issue for a while now and been unable to resolve it. When I print documents, only the top bit prints and the rest is incomplete. Other times nothing prints at all despite the busy sounds of the mechanism at work! I have checked my in cartridge levels and there is no issue there. Not sure if it helps much but I have provided photos of the prited pages as well as a Print Quality Report.
P/S - The third picture is NOT blank page. Itis the result of printing with minor black dots.... In need of a lot of printing done ASAP so would greatly appreciate some help!Quality Report

Print 2 (little black dots..)

Hi @PrettyMommy3 ,
welcome to the HP Support-Community.
Please turn the black ink cartridge upside down for an hour before reinserting it. After that, run a cartridge clean.
- On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
- Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.
- The printer performs the automated cleaning process and then prints a Print Quality Diagnostic page.
How is the result?
Best,
Nils_K
