I attempted to copy a document. It fed properly and the printer appeared to be copying normally, but the output page was blank. Then tried to print a document and the result was the same. There have been no recent changes to the computer or network setup / config. I'm not seeing a diagnostic tool for this version of the Mac OS.

Please try the steps within this guide, Correcting Print Quality Problems. If this does not resolve the issue, contact HP phone support for your hardware options. (After you fill out the information, you will be given a phone number.) If you live outside the US/Canada Region, please click the link below to get the support number for your region. Country-language selector.
