HP Recommended

The problem I have been having is that I can't scan because the driver doesn't complete the installation.  I can print, but not scan.  So I just gave up on HP.  I don't think they will ever address the issue to everyone's satisfaction.

 

I found some open source scanning software that works.  Problem solved for me.
