There are two files loaded at my system startup:
"C:\Program Files\HP\HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series\Bin\ScanToPCActivationApp.exe" -deviceID TH93U470WD:NW -scfn "HP" -AutoStart 1
And
"C:\Program Files\HP\HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series\Bin\ScanToPCActivationApp.exe" -deviceID TH93U470WD:NW -scfn HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series (NET) -AutoStart 1
1) Are both needed?
2) When I look at a startup files control program, both show TH93U470WD:NW with quotes, and the program shows them both as not starting. Once the quotes are removed the programs show as active.
Are both programs needed for "everyday" printing?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- ScanToPCActivationApp.exe is a type of EXE file associated with HP Digital Imaging developed by Scantopcactivationapp for the Windows Operating System.
- These are the services that help the HP Full-featured drivers to start the scan service on your PC. You will be able to scan to your PC from the printer screen using these services.
- They are not required for everyday printing.
